• Giving Tree Gifts Due

  It’s not too late for you to participate in our annual Giving Tree project. The Giving Tree project provides Christmas gifts to many needy children in the local area. To participate, just take an ornament gift tag from the small baskets at the Church entrances. Please tape the tag to the gift and place the gift (without wrapping it) under the tree that will be located to the left of the altar.  With many Essex County families struggling due to COVID, the need is great this year to reach out to our community and provide some hope and joy at Christmas. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. All gifts are due by Sunday, Dec. 5.

  Here’s an opportunity for St. Joseph parishioners to reconnect with our community after the many months of pandemic! Please join our Filipino community to celebrate a Christmastime tradition, “Simbang Gabi,” on Sunday, Dec. 12, starting with Mass at 3 p.m. (satisfies the Sunday obligation), followed by refreshments in the Parish Center.

  
  

  It promises to be a delightful evening of food, fun, music and good cheer with friends and families. The event is free of charge, but parishioners are encouraged to share a dish or dessert.
