Ever wondered what the different signs, symbols, and prayers at Mass mean and where they come from? On Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m., Father Dominick will hold a “Teaching Mass” in the church. He’ll explain the signs and symbols, as well as the Catholic understanding of the Eucharist as the center of our faith. Once again, Saint Joseph Church is the West Orange site for Community FoodBank’s Turkey Drive. Frozen turkeys may be brought to the church parking lot between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20. Non-perishable groceries (no glass jars) are also needed. Saint Joseph Church is always pleased to support the efforts of Community FoodBank, but as always, please remember that our parish also needs frozen turkeys to provide for about 12 families served by our parish food pantry throughout the year. Please bring turkeys of a moderate size. |

28 Wreath & Grave Blanket Sale
For your convenience and to benefit our parish, we will be selling wreaths and grave blankets the weekend of Nov. 27 & 28, following all the Masses. Wreaths may be purchased for $25. Grave blankets: small - $25, large - $35. Please stop by after Mass and view the selections located in the parking lot near the garages.
