At St. Joseph Church, the Sacrament of Confirmation is conferred on 9th Graders in November of each year. Preparation for the sacrament requires young people to attend two consecutive years of instruction, and immediate preparation includes 8 weeks of instruction as well as service projects, a half-day retreat and prayer service.
