12 Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast
The West Orange Knights of Columbus will host a pancake breakfast in the basement of Our Lady of Lourdes Church (Connor Hall) on Sunday, June 12. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice and coffee will be served. The cost is $10; $5 for children 6 -12; 5 and under is free. Proceeds benefit local charities in the West Orange area.
Children's Liturgy
It’s been quite some time since the Children’s Liturgy at St. Joseph’s was halted due to COVID. But after a wonderful reception by the children to the interactive homily at the May Crowning Mass, we’ve decided to resume the Children’s Liturgy, beginning with one Sunday a month at the 9:15 Mass. We’re not yet ready to invite the children up on the altar, but Fr. Lito will engage them with an interactive homily. So we encourage all families to sit toward the front of the church. Also, children will be invited to bring up the Offertory Gifts, and the Readings will be from the Children’s Lectionary. Please plan to attend!
